As a special bonus to those who pre-ordered the album All Eternals Deck, an audio cassette in a hand-colored sleeve old-school style, containing 12 songs that make up the "surviving demos for All Eternals Deck" was included until stock ran out. Until the release of All Survivors Pack, no other tapes had been released by the Mountain Goats since Yam, the King of Crops.
